Because every item is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors — please review our size guide before ordering.

We will replace or refund your order if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was sent

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
